Refunds

At Lontananza we want to convey our comfort to you, so if you are not completely satisfied when receiving your order, you have 15 business days from that moment to return or exchange it.

Items must be in perfect condition, unworn and with the tag. Please include the order form with the return. In the case of shoes, please include the original box.

To make a return, you must send an email indicating the shipping address and which item will be returned if you have bought several. The return costs will always be borne by the customer. If it is an online order, you will be reimbursed in the same way you paid, once we have checked that the item is in perfect condition. (It may take 5-7 days from when it arrives at the store)

If the return of an item purchased online is in a physical store, it can only be done with a voucher (money will not be refunded).

No refunds will ever be made on costume jewelry or sale items.
