Refund policy

From Lontananza we want to convey our comfort, so if you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order, you have 15 working days from that moment to return or exchange it.

The garments must be in perfect condition, unworn and with the label. Please attach the order form to the return. In the case of shoes, in their original box.

For the return you must write an email indicating the shipping address, and which garment will be returned in case you have purchased several. The return charges will always be charged to the customer. You will be refunded if it is an online order in the same way in which you paid, once we have checked that the garment is in perfect condition (It may take 5-7 days from the time it arrives at the store).

If the return of an item purchased online is in physical store, it can only be done through a voucher (no money back).

No refunds will never be made on jewelry products or sale items.

You will have to pay the return shipping costs. We recommend you to send it by registered mail. If the return of an online order is in a physical store an exchange or a voucher with an expiration date of 1 year will be made. Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount of the returned garments in the same way in which you made your online purchase. Or you can also make any change in our stores in Valencia, free of charge. The company reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received. If it is an exchange for a garment of a different amount, please contact us and we will tell you how to proceed.
